YOU CANNOT BENCH TEST A COMPUTER! THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS IS TO RUN IT! Look, when it comes to jet skis electrical problems can be hard to diagnose. Even if you had a "certified" mechanic look at it, there is a chance he will be wrong if this does not fix your problem you absolutely have something else wrong. Make sure you do your due diligence before installing, as certain failures can fry the MPEM (which is why most of us sellers cannot offer returns on these items).
