Size: M (if you wear high waisted) XS-S (if you wear it at your hips or use my advice below and belt it) I would suggest wearing tights or something with this skirt. It looks incredible with a black belt, thigh-high boots and a sweater in the winter. But is also interchangeable because it is so light. You could definitely get away with just a cute t-shirt, flats or some cute kitten heels with this in the summer.
